Below are various examples of different systems that we currently have installed. Each system that we install can be unique, however these examples demonstrate different ways systems can be set up.

Example #1 - Insulated Trough

Water Source:  Well

Size of Herd: 500

Pump and Panel Configuration: PS150 with 4 123 watt solar panel and 8 - 12v batteries. Also a 200 watt wind charger was installed. 

Location: Cudworth, SK

 - Cattle will slowly gravitate to the water source.

- All four drink holes are opened to allow for the higher capacity at the bowl.

- In this system a shack was built around the well cribbing to protect all electrical components.

Example #2 - Insulated Trough

Water Source:  Well - 100 ft lift.

Size of Herd: 200 - 250

Pump and Panel Configuration: PS 600,   2 - 123 watt solar panels  and a 200 watt wind charger

Location: Boissevain, MB

- Insulated Trough set up with back facing the fence

- All panels and componets are fenced off to emlinate risk damage from Cattle.
